I am a CPA by trade. In 1998 I started a consulting and executive search firm with an accounting & finance focus which grew to about 80 employees in MN & AZ. I sold my interest in the business in 2008 and have been working with a business partner in a small boutique retained search firm ever since. I help companies and candidates uncover, and then tell, their stories in a human way - a way which produces a dramatically better hire for both.

I have worked for Twin City Fan Companies for 13 years on the sales and product management team. I started as a sales engineer for 7 years and have spent the last 6 years managing a team of inside sales engineers. I am currently responsible for the profit & loss statement of one of our factories and am willing to share my experience in servant-leadership, sales/deal qualification, and profit/loss of a manufacturing facility.

I have 18 years experience of owning my own business, avery strong business acumen and networking background. I am also a past Archdiocese of St.Paul Minneapolis "Leading with Faith Award" recipient.

My professional background is primarily centered in Information Technology but has led me to global travels, project, process, and program creation, implementation, and various management roles.  I also have extensive experience in people development and management. My experience spans global corporation, local parish, and the federal government.

I am a Strategic/Operational Executive focused on developing/executing strategies that drive growth while delivering exceptional strategic, financial and customer outcomes. My experience has been in operations, sales, and business unit experience developing sustainable/scalable capabilities while leading initiatives that improve capacity, reduce costs, and deliver best in class customer experiences. I have the ability to influence at all levels and manages diverse groups of people.
Currently I teach a class on Entrepreneurship to middle grade students at St. Peter’s Catholic School and am a member of the School Advisory Committee.

I have been in full time Parish ministry for 12 years and able to help new youth ministers/parish workers enter the field and flourish.

I retired from the Office of General Counsel, 3M Company after 30 years of service. I had four years experience in private law firm and specialized in regulatory matters, but was also involved in legal office management.

In 2015 I left a 14 year career in juvenile treatment and responded to God’s call to Catholic leadership, life & marriage coaching. I'm an alumnus of N.E.T. Ministries and Saint Paul’s Outreach. I have owned four companies and sold two. Since 2006 I have coached over 300 small and mid sized businesses and their leadership teams, helping them eliminate disorder, gain control, and boost profits by implementing better operating systems. I have over 15 years experience in Customer Service/IT Service Management. I also have lot of experience/training with job searching, resume prep, interviewing both as a job-seeker and hiring manager. I also assist with performance management issues such as goal setting, review writing, and disciplinary measures.

My primary business expertise is in the field of commercial real estate brokerage. I work as an advisor to a wide range of companies on issues related to the relocation process and contract negotiation. The focus of my business is working with company owners, tenants and real estate investors.
